Your order will be shipped out the next business day.  You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking numbers when your order has been shipped.

Orders being picked up (local pickup) will be shipped to the AMI Head office weekly. You will receive email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

If for any reason you are unhappy your purchase, you are able the return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a credit within 30 days. Email us at webstores@arrowmarketing.ca for details on how to complete your return.

Gift cards are applied during the Payment section of checkout process. On the right side of the screen below your order summary, you will see a box that says "Gift card or discount code".  Enter your unique gift card code there and then click the "Apply" button beside it

You can order from this website and we will ship to any address in Canada or USA.  If you would like to ship your order to other countries, please email webstores@arrowmarketing.ca with your request.
